The poufs to sit on had dirty spots, walls were stained and needed repainting, and there was mold in the shower. Even small details like a dirty window in the bathroom were overlooked.

Quan even helped us book a trek with a knowledgeable guide who shared fascinating insights about the Hmong and assisted us with the challenging terrain.
